Kelli Peterson

FOUNDER/STRATEGY DIRECTOR

A brand strategist by training, Kelli has decades of brand, business development, and marketing experience for Fortune 500 companies, NGO’s and non-profits. Kelli founded The Change Project to align teams around the opportunity for purpose in less time, with more efficiency and higher engagement.

Kelli brings senior level experience and design thinking to all projects and workshops. This keeps things on track and focused on measurable outcomes.  She brings enthusiasm and energy to keep teams motivated and inspired.

A passionate believer in social change with deep business experience and working knowledge of the MDG/SDG’s, Kelli is a frequent guest lecturer, panelist and moderator on the role social impact plays in today's economy.

Janice Pedley

creative director, founder pause for thought

With a thoughtful and inspired approach, Janice leads the creative team from concept to reality across multiple platforms. Working in synergy with Kelli, she has the ability to translate a strong brand story into captivating design. 

Janice has enjoyed a vibrant career, working at leading branding agencies in the UK and the US and has contributed to the success of many of the world’s iconic brands. She formed Pause for Thought in 2006 to bring creativity and design principals to brands that value positive social change.

 

Shannon Riordan

Creative Director, Founder Brand Story Machine

The co-founder of Global Brand Works and now founder of Brand Story Machine, Shannon’s creativity is limitless. She has led branding initiatives and internal brand training for both global and non-profit brands, including VISA, BlackRock, SFMOMA and Human Rights Measurement InitiativeWith deep expertise at the intersection of strategy and creative, Shannon understands the sweet spot of brand activation and partners on projects big and small.Brand Story Machine is her latest brand solution that distills 20+ years of branding experience into one powerful package for clients.

Susanna James

Creative Director

A Creative Director and digital specialist known for her expertise in digital strategy, user experience, and innovative problem-solving. With a strong focus on creating thoughtful, user-centered digital solutions, she brings both strategic vision and hands-on creative leadership to every project.

Susanna holds a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Florida, a foundation that continues to inform her aesthetic approach and commitment to impactful design. She is dedicated to helping brands navigate digital challenges with clarity, creativity, and purpose.
